Loved these!! Some changes I made: I didn't have applesauce, so I substituted 1tbps coconut oil, and 1/3 of a banana, mashed. I used brown sugar instead of regular, and only used 1/4 cup. Almond milk in place of the water. And one whole egg instead of the whites. 106 calories. - 7/27/14

Very good, but the calorie count is off. It was based on the oats having been cooked with water, which this doesn't call for. 1 cup cooked is 145 calories, but 1 cup not cooked is 607, which is 38 extra calories per muffin. Why is it when you go in to modify the recipe, the ingredients and measurements are different? Whole wheat flour? I subbed the egg whites with 1/2 cup egg substitute. I was surprised to see less sugar, salt, and the whole wheat flour listed as the calculated ingredients. - 9/7/15
