I love heels and sandals, but ultimately, I am a flats girl at heart. Thus, I could not be more ecstatic that these cozy-driven shoes are making a revolutionary comeback. It was primiarly thanks to the rise of ballet flats in 2013. Since then, designers have been on the quest to elevate flats as we know them.
