Ingredients

  • 150g Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 tbsp White Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Cold Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

How to make Sauce:

  • Wash blackberries properly. Heat a small saucepan, with berries, sugar and water over medium heat, cook and stir continuously for about 5 mins or until the berries break down. Then remove from the heat and strain through a metal strainer to remove seeds and cool completely. Once it cools, keep it in the refrigerator.

For Blackberry Ice Cream:

  • Meanwhile, by using an electric stand mixer or hand mixer, whisk the whipping cream on high speed for about 2 mins or until soft peaks are formed. Then add condensed milk and the berry sauce, whisk it gently. Then pour it into an airtight container and close the lid, place it in the freezer for about 6 hours or overnight. Keep it at room temperature for about 10 mins before serving.
  • Scoop the ice cream into a bowl and finally, garnish it with some fresh berries.
