1 Sachet Colman's Chilli con Carne Mix450g (1lb) Lean Mince. 2 medium sized onions, chopped. 400g (15oz) can tomatoes. 400g (15oz) can kidney beans, drained. 1 teaspoon cooking oil. 150ml (1/4 pint) cold water.How to cook...1. Brown the mince and onion in the oil, drain off excess fat.2. Mix the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the mince.3. Add the tomatoes and kidney beans.4. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously.5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.6. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately.
