Flaxseed Sesame Ladoo Recipe with step by step pictures

A couple of years back I came across a group called – Recipe ReDux. The name sounded nice and I wanted to see what it was all about.

A quick look at the site told me its by a group of people who are Dietitians / Nutritionists and who create healthy and tasty recipes.

There is a theme for each month and the members create a healthy and delicious meal around that theme and post it on the 21st/22nd of each month.

Being from the same background as the members I eagerly signed up not knowing if I will be accepted or not. But very soon I received a mail saying that I was accepted and I could start posting from the coming month.

I loved the themes and many were new to me and I had to look up and read about it to make a meal for the theme. I am probably the only only Indian from India posting in that group!

I began to enjoy creating posts for the group and sometime last year, I had to miss a few months.

Last month we got a mail saying that June was the 8th anniversary for the group and it would also be the last post!

I was a little upset and I made sure that I could post one on the anniversary as well as the last post in this lovely group.

The theme is – Post your very best ReDux recipe for our June birthday and to celebrate eight fabulous years of ReDux. This will be our very last post for ReDux – and we’re going out with a bang!

I have a list of posts that I have posted for Recipe ReDux and you will find it at the end of this post.

I wanted to make a sweet treat for the final and anniversary post and hence made this nutritious and delicious Ladoo / Energy ball for this theme.
