“LIGHT IN THE BOX does not give refunds”

I ordered a black shrug and received a red one. It was for a special occasion. This company does not give refunds even if the error is their fault. You are requested to send photos of the item received. That does not work. No matter how many times you contact them. I received an emailed coupon for $6 to use on any order I make that's over $25. What! Why should I have to buy something else. I just want a refund. Never order from Light In The Box. You'll be sorry if they screw your order up because you won't get your money back.

Les tailles ne sont toujours pas les bonnes sur 3 commandes et 6 articles j’ai du renvoyer 3 articles attention au tissu de certains articles.
Pour le remboursem*nt oui lightinbox dit vous rembourser totalement mais attention au frais de douane pour la Chine très élevés

Ich hatte ein T-Shirt laut der Größentabelle XXL 119-126 cm Brustumfang bestellt und habe eines mit 134+ cm Brustumfang bekommen, dass wäre sogar fast größer als XXXL.
Den Fehler geben sie nicht zu und schieben den Fehler mir zu.
Ich verlage nur, das ich den bestellten Artikel in der richtigen Größe bekomme, angeboten wurden mir lächerliche %. Das war meine letzte Bestellung.
