Worth noting: If you view an open house without your agent present, you should let the agent present on site know you are working with an agent during the first few minutes of the conversation and give the agent the contact information or business card for your agent. If not, the on site agent can make the case that they were the procuring cause for the sale (if you buy) and not your own agent.
