They are not giving the best service I was getting service using tim brother in law of the owner every week I had to come back to fix my nail or nail because of them lifting and falling off, instead of the owner trying to resolve the problem her solution was for me to find someone else to do my nails (business) because they can't give me good service, I asked her that's how you fix the problem and she, yes ! That's very bad business after spending close to $70 + tip every 2weeks!

Was just there not even a hour ago and normally I like going here because they do a good job. I asked them for French tip and it looks awful. It's chunky, some of the white is longer than others on my finger and they keep cutting my fingers and blood would come out. I also asked for coffin shape and what is on my hand is square. Not what I asked for!!! I'm very upset and paid 66 dollars for this!! Never going back again.

I think my right hand looks great and resembles my reference photo well but if you look at my left hand the "french tip" part of it isn't carved out enough. I had asked for them to thin it out more but said they couldn't and the left hand is more pigmented compared to my right hand. He started with my right hand and ended with my left hand so I wish he just put more effort into it because my hands don't match.

Very nice pedicure. Really took his time, very relaxing massage. I have been to several places in and around Huntley and the pedicures have been awful. I definitely recommend. I will come back.

I hadn't been here in over a year since moving but was in the area so decided to go back for a dip with tips manicure. I had a lady that I had never worked with before do my nails. I asked for an almond shape and she filed them so much that the nail file was rubbing on the skin around my nails and left the skin raw to the point that it hurts. Some nails more than others. I don't think I will be returning, which is unfortunate because I had been going here for years before moving.
