Made with Milky Way Minis, steamed milk, and ready to fill your favorite holiday mug, this quick and easy hot chocolate recipe is the perfect Christmas treat.

Make your own Milky Way Hot Chocolate

Couldn’t you just dive right into that mug? This Milky Way hot chocolate tastes like you have swirled chocolate and caramel together in perfect, warm harmony. This delicious holiday drink is too easy and delicious not to try yourself. Break out that leftover candy and give this one a try!

Ingredients:

  • Milk
  • Milky Way Minis
  • Dark chocolate, optional
  • Your favorite holiday mug

NOTE: If your mug is not large enough to hold 1 1/4 cup of milk, start with 1 cup of milk and 5 Milky Way Minis.

How to make your Milky Way Hot Chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk into a glass or your favorite mug.
  2. Unwrap and break the Milky Way bars into halves.
  3. Place Milky Way pieces into the milk.
  4. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each.
  5. Repeat until Milky Way candy bars are melted (approximately 2 minutes).
  6. Grate dark chocolate over the top of the hot chocolate if desired.
  7. Enjoy your amazing Milky Way hot chocolate!

  • Unwrap and break the Milky Way bars into halves.

  • Repeat until Milky Way candy bars are melted (mine took 2 minutes). Grate dark chocolate over the top of the hot chocolate if desired. Then enjoy your amazing Milky Way hot chocolate!
