Fermented red cabbage may help promote the balance of gut microbes and probiotics in your digestive system. This can help strengthen your intestines but most importantly... It's delicious and has a tangy crunch!
Ingredients
1/4 a Red cabbage
120ml Apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
120ml Water
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 Garlic clove minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
Instructions
Remove the core from the cabbage then shred with a mandolin slicer or knife. Add cabbage to a large glass jar or bowl, along with all other ingredients. Seal jar and shake, or simply stir bowl and cover.
